Direxa

Your experience should bring interview invitations.
Not take away your evenings.

What makes you a professional is your experience, not an endless talent for rewriting CVs and filling in forms. You have no free time to tailor yourself to every posting, compose cover letters and translate them into a language that isn't yours.

Direxa takes that mechanical part over. It finds the openings that suit you, reformulates your CV and cover letter for that particular employer and fills in the forms. All that is left for you is to look at the result and press Send. The machine does the rough work. The last word it leaves to you.

The old way

Job hunting turned into an assembly line —
and you became the moving part.

The situation
Why it wears you down
What Direxa does
01Forty-five minutes to tailor one CV. Then the next posting opens.
Do it properly and you manage three a day. Skip it and you send everyone the same CV.
Two minutes per application. Direxa drafts it, you read it and correct what you want.
02You apply. A week later: "thank you, we have chosen another candidate."
No reason is given, so there is nothing you can fix for the next one.
Every CV is written for that one posting, with the words the employer's system is actually filtering on.
03Companies do answer, but never with an invitation.
After the tenth one you start thinking the problem is you.
Usually it isn't. Your CV either never reached a person, or read like all the others. Direxa works on both.
04AI tools invent employers and dates. Sending that out is a real risk.
One phone call from the agency and it all falls apart.
Your master CV is locked. Dates, companies and titles never change; only the emphasis does.
05The posting is in Czech, German or Polish, and you are not sure you could even answer it.
So you skip it — and the ones you skip are the local jobs with the least competition.
CV and cover letter in the language of the posting — in all nine.
06You check two or three sites and hope that is where the jobs are.
Half the openings sit in Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby before they ever reach a job site.
Every major source searched at once: local job sites and employers' systems together.
07You would rather your current employer never found your CV.
In a market this small, someone always knows someone.
Servers in the EU, GDPR, nothing sold and nothing shared. You can delete everything in one click.
08You lose track of what you sent, and to whom.
The follow-up never happens, and the job quietly goes to someone else.
Every version stays in your Library with the company and the date. Compare them, download any of them.
Three steps

From the routine to your evenings back —
in three steps.

You set the terms, the machine does the rest — right up to the last click, which stays yours. No CV needed to start.

1
Your terms
Say what you want. Once.

Role, cities, remote or not. Ninety seconds, no CV yet — and those are the terms Direxa works to from then on.

Review & send
Come back for the decision.

A CV and cover letter written for that one posting, in seconds. The extension opens the employer's form in your browser and fills it in — you change what you want and press send yourself.

What the employer receives

Every CV rewritten to match,
not invented.

This is the part that decides everything: what actually lands on the employer's desk. Direxa reads the posting, rewrites your summary, moves the emphasis in your experience towards the requirements, and locks the dates, companies and titles. The framing changes. The facts don't.

Figma Design Systems B2B User Research +5

You set the match threshold. Anything below it never enters your queue, so your evening goes only to jobs actually worth an application.

Direxa prepares the whole package: CV, letter, screening answers. The extension fills the employer's form in your browser, you edit every document, and you are the only one who presses send.

The output

One story, retold
for every role.

Your master CV never changes. For each application Direxa builds a separate version: the right summary, the right emphasis, and the words that carry weight in that particular posting.

Took 12 customer-facing features from research to release with research, prototyping, and design QA.
Mentored 3 junior designers; ran weekly critique and accessibility review rituals.

Your master CV stays untouched.

Everything generated is a copy. You can go back to the original at any time, and compare it with any tailored version side by side.

Tools that give you
your time back.

Direxa is not an auto-clicker. It is a system that takes over the whole mechanics of the search.

Every major source
LinkedIn, Indeed, jobs.cz, Adzuna, Jooble, remote boards and employers' own ATS — searched together, so you stop checking three sites and hoping.
Written for one posting
No template goes out to everyone. Each application gets its own CV and cover letter, your rules applied and your facts locked.
9 languages
EN, CS, SK, PL, DE, FR, ES, RU, UK — the interface and everything you send. The postings you used to skip are back on the table.
Coverage

Every major source searched at once,
so nothing gets missed.

While you review one application, the search keeps running. Direxa watches every major source at the same time; most people check two or three and never see the rest.

What makes
Direxa different.

LinkedIn Easy Apply drops your CV into a queue with two hundred others. Most are never opened, and you never find out.

With Direxa you apply on the employer's own site: the extension fills their form — the same system they use when deciding who to invite — and you press send.

Job sites show you the postings. Tailoring the CV for each one is still your evening.

Direxa writes it for you, for that posting, with the words the system is actually filtering on.

Rezi, Kickresume and Zety hand you a template. You still find the job, and you still apply.

Direxa searches, writes and prepares the whole application in one place.

AI generators invent employers, dates and positions. In a market where one phone call verifies you, that is a risk you carry.

Direxa locks the facts. Dates, companies and titles never change; only the framing does.

Why we built this

A machine should be a machine.
A person, a person.

Applying became an endurance test: press send two hundred times, lose the evening, lose a little faith in yourself. The market didn't need another job board — it needed something that says stop. Direxa is in early access and you join by invitation, but there is room for everyone: ask anyone already using it for a link, or just write to us.

Early access

The price
of your time.

We don't ask you to pay for a "guarantee of employment" — we don't sell illusions. We sell the hours of your life you will no longer spend filling in forms.

Right now Direxa runs as an open beta version. It is completely free. Not because we are trying to buy your attention with a cheap bonus, but because the system is learning on the real market. You get freedom from the routine right now — we get the data to make the algorithm flawless. A fair exchange.

When the beta version ends, the first users will get special terms. Until then, just enjoy the free time.

Boundaries and rules

The boundaries and rules
of the system.

No. The hiring manager decides, and no software changes that. What Direxa does promise is narrower and real: you stop spending your evenings on manual applications, and you walk into the interview with energy left.
Does Direxa send applications for me? +
No, and that is deliberate. Direxa finds the openings and writes a CV and cover letter for each one; the extension then opens the employer's form in your own browser and fills it in. You see the filled form, change anything you want, and press send yourself. Nothing is submitted in the background, and nothing goes out from our servers.
Will my master CV stay untouched? +
Always. It is the source of truth and Direxa never edits it. Each application gets its own version, stored in your Library with the company and the date, so you can compare them side by side and download either one.
Which languages does Direxa work in? +
Nine: English, Czech, Slovak, Polish, German, French, Spanish, Russian and Ukrainian — for the interface and for the documents. Direxa detects the language of the posting and writes in it; you can override that for any single application.
Where is my data, and is it GDPR-compliant? +
Your master CV, your profile and the generated documents sit on servers in the EU (Prague). Nothing is sold and nothing is shared. You can delete all of it in Settings → Account → Delete. GDPR and Czech data protection law apply; the governing law is that of the Czech Republic. Those are your boundaries, and we don't cross them.
Do I have to pay? +
No. Direxa is in early access and free: every feature, no limits. If that ever changes you will hear about it well in advance, and nothing is ever charged without clear notice.
Will it read like AI wrote it? +
That is the thing Direxa is built to avoid. Tailoring runs on current AI models with an anti-fabrication layer on top: it rewrites your summary, reorders your bullets and shifts the emphasis, using your real projects, employers and numbers. It never invents an employer, a date, a title or a qualification — your third job stays your third job, with the same company and the same dates. Your rules ("one page", "no buzzwords") are applied strictly, and you see every document before it goes anywhere.
